Christopher Lane

With more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Lane is committed to transitioning medical photography to a 3D world ensuring that clinically accurate soft tissue images of patients are economically available throughout the treatment cycle.

Following an early career in software engineering and as a consultant with a U.K. government agency focused on the promotion of IT, Lane joined Oracle, the world's largest business-to-business software company. During his six years with the company, he held VP positions in Europe and the U.S., including head of Consulting Operations. Lane then joined the IT team at EM Warburg, Pincus & Co., one of the world's leading venture capital investors. In 1994, Lane was appointed as CEO and president of TSW International, which he shaped to be the acknowledged market leader and visionary company in the Enterprise Asset Management market. Just prior to joining the company, Lane held the position of COO at ECSoft, a European IT services provider. Lane has also held board positions on a number of private and publicly held general IT and healthcare informatics companies in both the U.K. and U.S.

Kelly S. Duncan
Executive Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Involved in the day-to-day management of the business including fiscal, operational, and commercial responsibilities, Duncan is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Prior to joining the company in 2000, Duncan was Director of Marketing at Exactium, an emerging growth B2B software company, where she directed the launch of the company's e-commerce software product, which contributed to the successful sale of the company to a leading CRM provider. From 1997 to 1999, Duncan was a direct report to the Executive VP of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service at Manhattan Associates (MANH), a leading manufacturer of supply chain execution software. In this role, she was responsible for developing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, which transitioned market awareness from the product to the company prior to and during the company's successful IPO. From 1992 to 1997, Duncan worked for Peak Technologies, a B2B system integrator, and was responsible for developing and executing the company's global marketing strategies. Duncan has a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chuck Heaston
Vice President, Operations & Customer Service

Heaston has approximately 20 years of experience in computer technology and quality systems engineering. After serving as a Communications Electronics officer in the U.S. Army, Heaston joined TSW International, an Enterprise Asset Management consulting and software company, as a project manager. During his 10-year tenure at TSW, he held various positions in Development, Quality Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management. After TSW, Heaston accepted a position as Vice President of Quality and Productivity at Ceridian Employer Services, a leading HR/payroll service provider. At Ceridian Heaston was responsible for overall organization quality with the main focus on implementing process improvements through the use of Six Sigma methodology. Heaston holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Accounting from Augusta State University, Augusta, GA, and an MBA from New Mexico State University.

Julian M Bott
Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and investment banking, Bott is responsible for providing progressive financial leadership for the Company and is committed to building investor value and achieving results that drive continued long-term growth.

Bott joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2005. Bott has had an successful career in investment banking and brings over 20 years of financial experience to his role with the Company, including senior financial positions with Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Group (TDBFG) and Bankers Trust. During Bott’s tenure with TDBFG he was Managing Director, Global Head of Energy, and European Head of commercial and investment banking for TD Securities, the firm’s investment banking subsidiary . When he left the company in 2003, Bott was co-Head of Investment Banking origination in New York and a Senior Vice President of TDBFG . Prior to his tenure with TDBFG, Bott served for twelve years in positions of increasing responsibility with Bankers Trust Corporation, a New York-based global provider of financial solutions that was acquired by Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s leading international financial service providers, in 1999. Bott earned an AB in Economics from Harvard University, Cambridge, and a MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Rice University, Houston. During college, Bott captained the varsity swim team and represented the national team competing on an international level.

Dr. Ioannis A. Kakadiaris
Chief Scientific Advisor

With the University of Houston since 1997, Dr. Kakadiaris is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Co-Director of the Visual Computing Lab, and Director of the Division of Bioimaging and Biocomputation of the UH Institute for Digital Informatics and Analysis. Currently, he also serves as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Health Informatics at the University of Texas. Dr. Kakadiaris' expertise includes computer vision, medical image analysis, computer graphics, and physically-based modeling and simulation. His research concentrates on developing algorithms, techniques, and systems for data representation and data interrogation. He has numerous publications in scholarly journals and he has received several research grants and awards. Most notably, he received the National Science Foundation Faculty Early Career Award in the spring of 2000 and he has been elected at the IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitors Program 2002-2004. Dr. Kakadiaris received a B.Sc. in Physics at the University of Athens in Greece and a M.Sc. in Computer Science at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He went on to receive his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also remained for a one-year post-doc.
